Spinach & Artichoke Pasta with Lemon-Butter Sauce + Balsamic Green Salad

*Store for up to 4 days in the refrigerator.*

At-home prep instructions:

  1. Bring pot of water to boil, add pasta and cook for length of time designated on package.

  2. Transfer the spinach and artichoke sauce mixture* to a pot on the stovetop. Cook at medium heat, stirring occasionally, until warm (5-10 minutes).

  3. Transfer the salad to a bowl. Add the dressing and toss thoroughly.

  4. When the pasta is finished cooking, drain it and transfer it to plates or bowls. Ladle the spinach and artichoke sauce mixture. Serve salad on the side.

*Alternatively, the spinach and artichoke sauce mixture can be microwaved
