Tahini-Chickpea Burgers with Dill Aioli and Garlic Sweet Potato Wedges

Transfer the buns to an airtight container. Store everything else in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

At-home prep instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper. Place the burger patties on one baking sheet and the sweet potatoes on the other. Bake both until warm, about 10 minutes.

  2. Toast the buns if desired. To assemble the burgers, spread the dill aioli on the buns and layer them with the burger patties, tomato and onion.

  3. Serve the burgers alongside the garlic sweet potato wedges.

*Alternatively, the burger patties and sweet potato wedges can be microwaved but they won’t be as crispy.
